How to play Minesweeper

The goal in Minesweeper game is to free all the unmined squares, by clicking on them with the left button.

  • The numbered squares show the amount of squares around that contain a mine.
  • You can mark with a red flag the squares that contain a mine you can check (or uncheck) it with a flag using the right button of the mouse.

If you use a mobile device, you can use a short touch to release the cells, and a long touch to mark the flags

The game finishes when you reveal all the squares that do not contain mines, or when you fail clicking on a mined square.

Whenever you play a rated solitaire game in Ludoteka, you are competing against other players. Up to 25 different players will play the same game, during a maximum period of two days. For more information see the solitaire games.

The score depends on the amount of unmined cells revealed. Time is important only if you solve the whole game.
