Payment with Online Banking

Payment from your online banking is made through the secure payment initiation service Zertiban Pay. This is a secure payment gateway that connects Ludoteka with the user's online banking to ultimately authorize the transfer payment.

To obtain a Ludo+ subscription using online banking as a payment method, you must follow these steps:

• Once identified, display the menu by clicking on your username in the top bar, and choose the option Purchase Ludo+.
• Among the available payment methods, select Pay with Online Banking as your payment method.
• Choose the subscription period you wish to purchase, accept the terms and conditions, and click the Zertiban Pay button.
• You will be redirected to Zertiban Pay to select your bank and complete the transaction from your online banking, authorizing the payment.

This service is only available in Spain. Online transfers are not generally charged with extra fees; if so, your bank will inform you of the amount before authorizing the payment and you will have the option to cancel it and choose another payment method.
